Book Nurse Practitioner appointments online for minor illness, UTI, coughs & colds, sore throats, chest infections etc. Nurse Practitioners can prescribe medication too.  Please note appts maybe upstairs. Not for travel vaccines or dressings or under 2yr olds.

New Patient Registration

If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure.

Please complete and bring into the practice together with 2 forms of ID,  passport or residence permit and proof of address (e.g. utility bills or bank statements.) Without ID we cannot process your form and your application will be delayed until ID is produced.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
